glycerol esters of fatty acids, SSL, SPAN60 and so on.
Non-dairy whipping topping which is under-inflation & unstable with sour fruid jam or yoghourt,
could be improved by JD Series.
JD Serie can improve foam volume and structure, create a nice and stiff foam, shorten whipping time.
